*This fee applies to any mouthpieces that are sent in only for analysis in-person or by mail. It is applied at my discretion, but is always built-in to my refacing fee if you decide to get any work done. It involves checking the table for true-ness, measuring the facing curve, and measuring the tip opening plus a discussion about what should be done to your mouthpiece.  If mouthpieces are sent in by mail, this fee is always applied when the owner determines not to have work done after sending in. This is because of the large amount of time needed to coordinate acceptance via phone/email and discuss what should be done to your mouthpiece. Applies to every individual piece sent in. If work is done to 1 or more mouthpieces, the fee is not applied.**

**Mouthpieces left at the shop for work in-person or mouthpieces which are sent in by mail have a 30-day grace period after the work is completed and the owner notified of the completion of desired work. Mouthpieces are not returned until the ordered work is paid for. If services rendered are not paid for within the 30-day grace period, the mouthpieces will not be returned to the customer and will be considered abandoned.
